Your role as a Digital Communicator As a Digital Communicator at Nordic Investin Group, you will be responsible for our digital presence and communication – both strategically and operationally. You create content that engages, strengthens the brand, and drives traffic, while keeping track of the target audience, tone, and channel selection. The role suits you if you thrive in a creative, fast-changing environment where you have great room to influence, test ideas, and create visibility for our various business areas.

Your main responsibilities:

• Content creation: Create and publish engaging content for web, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Social media: Plan, produce, and analyze content in our social channels.
• Web responsibility: Update and develop content on our websites in collaboration with our development team.
• Brand building: Ensure a consistent tone and graphic identity in all digital communication.
• Market monitoring: Keep track of trends in digital marketing and communication to continuously optimize our presence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in sales, IT, and education to create communication that supports business goals.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education in communication, marketing, or media
• Has previous experience working with digital communication (e.g., social media, web, newsletters)
• Has a good sense of language and can express themselves well in both Swedish and English
• Has basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar
• At least 3-5 years of work experience
• Is creative, self-driven, and has an eye for detail
• Has an understanding of audience adaptation and data-driven communication
• Is curious, analytical, and enjoys trying new things
• Is mature in your role and has strong self-leadership
• Has a clear vision and goals for your career, and knows where you want to go
• Is unpretentious and humble, with a genuine desire to contribute to the whole – you support both colleagues and our various sister companies in the group
• Is driven by seeing others succeed and creates energy through collaboration and shared progress
